 The Darling Cart began the way all the best things do~with love, laughter, and a little bit of charcuterie.

We’re a mother/daughter team with a shared passion for beautiful gatherings, entrepreneurial dreams, and the kind of hospitality that makes people feel seen and celebrated. When Lillie got engaged, we found ourselves dreaming beyond the wedding. The experience sparked conversations about “pink collar jobs”~creative, service-driven careers built by women, for women, with flair, freedom, and heart.

 With backgrounds in entrepreneurship and hospitality, and both running our own small businesses, we knew how to bring a vision to life. We just needed the right idea.

What started as a daydream over coffee soon rolled into reality~literally. The Darling Cart was born: a mobile cart experience delivering petite bites, darling details, and effortless charm to events of all kinds.
